9:30am - 10:15am - Welcome Circle - Meet your fellow campers

10:30am - 11:15am - Dr. Amy Oldenburg will speak about common high school injuries, training and racing

11:15am - 11:45am - Learn from Altra about how the different shoes are made specifically for women

11:45am - 12:45pm - Run from CU campus. There will be multiple paces/distances to accommodate everyone

1:00pm - 1:45pm - Lunch will be served alongside a personal talk from Kara about her running career from high school to professional

2:00pm - 2:45pm - Anna Paffel, a certified clinical social worker will talk about gaining and keeping self esteem

2:45pm - 3:30pm - Julie Morrill will teach key self defense mechanisms so you never feel afraid on your run

3:45pm - 4:30pm - Kara will read and facilitate a Power Words and Confidence Journaling from “Strong”

4:30pm - 4:50pm - Closing remarks + Q&A from Kara + team

5:00pm - Pick up time
